Praise God, my friend.

Paul said the above words while saying goodbye to the elders from Ephesus.

In fact, just a few verses earlier, Paul said that he did not know what would happen to him, except that the Holy Spirit warned him that prison and hardships were ahead.

And yet, Paul kept going.

I think this is something we can relate to, my friend.

There are moments when we want to know exactly where a decision will take us before we make it.

And whether things will work out, what will happen next, and whether the path ahead will be worth it.

But Paul did not have those answers.

He knew there were difficulties ahead, but he also knew that God had given him a purpose.

And sometimes, that is all we need to know.

We may not know how a situation will turn out.

Or even have questions that we have been asking God for a long time.

But not having those answers does not mean God has stopped leading us.

My friend, we don't have to know how everything ends before we take the next step with God.

We just need to remain faithful to what He has placed in front of us and trust Him with what comes after that.

Paul continued his journey without knowing exactly what would happen, and that’s what we should do too.

So, when we find ourselves standing in a place where we cannot see what comes next, let us not allow that uncertainty to keep us from following Him.

Let’s just take the next step and leave the rest in His hands.

May His will be done in our lives.

We don’t know who needs the above reminder, but God does, my friend.

So let us share it with a prayer.

Let’s Pray

Dear, gracious heavenly Father,

Thank You for Jesus and for the words He has given us.

Father, You know what is going on in our lives, and the things we are still waiting for.

There are times when we really want to know what is going to happen, but we don't always have the answers we are looking for.

Please help us trust You even when we don't know how things will turn out.

Help us take the next step without worrying about everything that comes after it.

When we feel confused or scared about what is ahead, remind us that You already know what is coming and that we can leave it with You.

Help us keep following You and trust You with the parts of our lives that we cannot figure out on our own.

And Father, as we share this little creative, please let it reach the right person.

If someone needs these words today, please let them find their way to them.

In Jesus’ name, we pray.
